• Stage Two Public Engagement
  

The Stage Two Public Engagement of this Study has been completed.  The comments/views received during the Stage Two Public Engagement will be carefully examined.  A Public Engagement Report incorporating all comments received and our responses would be consolidated and released to the public for reference at the next stage of the Study. The written submissions received during the Stage Two Public Engagement can be found in the Public Engagement page.

• Stage Two Public Engagement

The enrolment of the Stage Two Public Engagement Public Forum held on 17 Novmeber 2009 was completed on 2 December 2009. Due to the overwhelming responses, the places of the Stage Two Public Engagement Public Forum were full. Please note the future announcement if there is any new arrangement.

• Stage Two Public Engagement

• Stage One Public Engagement Report

The Stage One Public Engagement commenced on 14 November 2008 and lasted for about three months. Public views and suggestions received during this period were summarised in the Stage One Public Engagement Report.
